Up and running
UP AND RUNNING June 28, 2025 Sanders Marina, Shelton, CT We're early risers but we have to wait for the tide to go up. Notice the dark part of the post, it's how high it gets. And it's probably foggy out in the Sound. 10:16 we are up and running. It's foggy and foggier. We have enough vision though. We're heading to Tim's marina on the Housatonic River. I've never been there before. First we stop at Pootatuck, visiting Mike. There's an osprey nest right next to the boat. And here's the owner of the boat, Daisie. Here she is on her chair. And that's her chair at the club house. The tide is high enough for captain Scott to be comfortable so we're heading to Sanders' where Tim keeps his boat. Here it is.
