FRENCH LESSON

June 26th, 2025, Branford

The day started with a late breakfast for me and an early lunch for Scott at Little Riggs. No picture i didn't bring my phone.

We took a picture at Guacamole's though, while walking by.  Scott really liked his margaritas and quesadilla there the other day.

When life sends you a lemon you make lemonade and when it sends a toothache after a root canal treatment you call the ododontist and you get your prescription by dinghy then by foot. Thank God for technology.

There's a lot of boats with French name so let's have a French lesson Scott  😉 and whoever wants to play 😀.

First we dock at Stoney Creek and the owner or manager kindly agrees for us to leave our dighny there and directs us to CVS and even lets the door unlocked for when we'll come back.  The brewery is not open yet, how nice!

That cuts our walk in half, half and hour instead of one hour.  And its on a sidewalk all the way.  It's good to be active today after lazy yesterday.

Here comes the lesson :

We start with an easy one.

Déjà vu

Means "already seen"

That's not French I just think it is original. Je n'ai
Jamais vu 😉 .
(Never seen ).
There's always opportunities to learn 😀.
The name of the boat is
Blood Vessel.

ENSEMBLE

Together

Raison d’être

Reason to be

L'arche de Noé

Noah's ark

Let's have a look outside the window and observe this

As you can tell I'm a teacher at ❤️ 24/7 😀.

Back to the boat Immer plays the independent and don't budge when I come in... well it doesn't last long enough for me to take a picture 😆.

Yeah right! You're such an independent puggy.

As promise Mike shows up at 5.

And 2 hours later the new belt and the tensioner are in place.  Thank you so so so much Mike!

We're up and running.

Today was an active and productive day.

Good night!
